The
York Corrugating Co. Metal Stamping Division was established in
1917. One of its first products was replacement fenders for the
famous Model "T" Ford, and Indian Motor Cycles.
Today, our metal
stamping division is located in our 177,000 sq. ft. York plant.
This division houses over 50 presses; as well as 2 Wiedematic CNC
turret punch presses, with 42 station turrets and air plasma cutting
capabilities. These presses have greatly increased our production
output, and the necesssity of only a two or three week lead time.
Our Cincinnati
CL6-3000 laser machine has a dual pallet table size of 6' X 12';
and the laser can handle up to 3/4" steel, 3/8" aluminum,
and 5/8" stainless steel.
Our Press Brake
Department, utilizing modern back gauging, can handle a broad variety
of materials up to 1/2" mild steel. In addition, we can brake
up to sixteen foot long material.
Our Rolled Fender
Department produces a wide range of custom sizes and shapes to the
highest quality standards. To our knowledge, We provide fenders
to every major emergency equipment manufacturer in the country.
Our fenders can be found on almost every fire truck manufactured
in the U.S. Nobody makes a better fender than York Corrugating!
The York Corrugating
Metal Stamping Division produces a variety of metal stamping for
many major heavy duty truck manufacturers, both large and small
OEM customers, as well as one man shops. We are proud to name York
International, Mack Trucks, Pierce Manufacturing, and Peterbilt,
as satisfied customers for over 25 years. Our customer base continues
to expand, as 79 new customers have been added to our list of satisfied
customers during the past two years. Our commitment to providing
our customers with quality metal products, competitive pricing,
and on-time delivery, will allow this division to grow and prosper
as we enter the 21st century.
